Veendam is located on the N33, the road from Assen to Eemshaven. Our own parking lot has its entrance at Burgemeester de Hoopstraat 8.

If this is full, you can park in the immediate vicinity in the blue zone.

When to use the parking disc

• You use the parking disc in the center of Veendam in the blue zone.
• The blue zone is recognizable by the signs.
• You use the parking disc between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, from Monday to Friday.
• On Saturdays and Sundays, you do not need to use the parking disc.

When you park in a blue zone

• Park in a designated parking spot.
• Set the parking disc to indicate the time you parked by turning the disc to the correct time. You may round the time forward to the next half-hour. Place the arrow of the parking disc on the next mark following your arrival time. For example, if it is 2:05 PM, set the disc to 2:30 PM. You can then park until 5:00 PM.
• Place the parking disc clearly visible behind the windshield of your car.
• With the parking disc, you may park for 2.5 hours in a blue zone.
